Each JTrove piece is carefully handcrafted in my home studio in Mississauga, Ontario. They are never mass produced.

Fabrics are sourced in Canada from a company that specializes in environmentally and socially responsible textiles.

My designs are simple, classic and timeless pieces that are versatile and easy to wear. I believe in quality over quantity and these pieces can easily take you from Spring to Fall.

I strive to be sustainable and ethical in my creative process and produce as little waste as
possible.

Hence, from time to time, you will find items made from off cuts. These can be patchwork
scarves, hats and even totes.

I primarily work with linen, hemp and wool, for they are the most sustainable and natural fabrics.

Linen and Hemp are pre-shrunk and then after each garment is completed, it is laundered again.

For the sake of the environment, I do custom work for my clients. Creating each piece is a very personal process. I love designing clothes that fits well and can be worn for years to come.
